Associate Talent Acquisition Partner
Join our Creative Studio as a Digital Designer, creating innovative, social-first content that captivates audiences and brings our luxury brand to life across organic and paid social channels. Please ensure you attach a copy of your portfolio in order to be considered for this role.
About the Role
As a Digital Designer, you will play a key role in developing engaging digital content that reflects evolving social media trends while maintaining a consistent and premium brand identity. Working closely with creative and content teams, you will help bring campaigns to life through compelling visual storytelling, producing high-quality creative assets that drive audience engagement and support wider business objectives.
Key responsibilities:
- Create and deliver impactful creative assets across organic and paid social media channels.
- Design social-first content that aligns with brand guidelines, using existing templates and developing bespoke solutions where required.
- Contribute creative ideas and concepts for campaigns, helping shape engaging content across multiple platforms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to capture, create and adapt assets that support marketing and commercial objectives.
- Use performance insights, audience data and industry trends to optimise creative output and share best practices with the wider team.
Depending on your role, you may be fully on-site or have a mix of on-site and home working – this is what we refer to as ‘Hybrid’. Our hybrid working policy allows colleagues to work from home for part of the week, with a minimum of three days on-site, depending on business needs.

About You
You are a creative and digitally minded designer with a passion for producing content that resonates with modern social audiences. You will have a strong understanding of platform-native content and know how to adapt your creative approach across different channels while maintaining a consistent brand experience. You are confident working in a fast-paced environment, balancing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines without compromising on quality. You will bring a keen eye for detail, strong visual storytelling abilities and an enthusiasm for staying ahead of emerging trends. You are equally comfortable collaborating with others and taking ownership of your work, contributing positively to both projects and team success.
You must also have:
- Proven experience creating motion graphics and editing video content for digital and social media channels.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop and After Effects, alongside strong working knowledge of Figma.
- Experience developing short-form social content, including Instagram Reels, TikTok or similar platform-first formats.
