We are looking for a Data Networks Analyst to join our IT team here at Harrods. You will provide technical support for Harrod’s Data Network across LAN, WAN, Wireless, Security and SDA environments

About the Role

The Data Networks Analyst will ensure maximum service availability and performance through proactive monitoring, reporting and continuous improvement to service and processes. The role will also contribute to the overall architecture and design of the Harrods Infrastructure as well as working collaboratively within the data network team as a leader of technology. Sharing ideas and deliver new solutions and improvements both internally for the network team and for the business

About You

The ideal candidate will have a qualification in CCNP as well as relevant experience in the following; Firewall Experience - Checkpoint Firewalls, Cisco ASA, Cisco Firepower & FMC (Firewall Management Centre). Authentication & Authorisation - Cisco ISE (Identity Services Engine) RADIUS/TACACS / 802.1x / EAP-TLS. Switching - Cisco SDA (Software Defined Access) Catalyst Centre/DNAC- Spine & Leaf topology – VXLAN.

Furthermore the candidate will have previous experience in working in routing - BGP, BGP-EVPN. Encryption/VPN - DMVPN, VPN, IPSEC, ISAKMP. Wireless Networking - Cisco (WLC) Wireless Lan Controller / WiFi 6 / EWC (Embedded Wireless Controller)

It is important that you have a good understanding of Cloud – Public/Private/Hybrid, alongside clear communication skills both written and verbal. We are looking for someone who has great attention to detail, with the ability to design best fit solutions.
