We are seeking a versatile Copywriter to join our Content team, where you'll craft engaging copy across multiple digital and print channels.

About the Role

In this role as Copywriter, you’ll be responsible for producing copy for various asset types, ranging from website content to email campaigns, social media copy, internal communications, and ad hoc print projects. You'll play a pivotal role in ensuring our brand voice is consistent, compelling, and customer-focused across all platforms.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Creating brief-relevant copy for internal messages, in-store activations, and digital assets.
  • Writing inspiring and engaging content that captures the attention of a digital audience.
  • Ensuring all content is on-brand, reflecting the Harrods tone and values.
  • Managing multiple projects under tight deadlines with precision and professionalism.
  • Collaborating with team members and independently subediting content for clarity and consistency.

This role works Monday to Friday, 9am – 5.30pm, with two days a week in our Hammersmith office, including Thursdays as a team day.

About You

You will be someone who thrives in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment, you’ll be able to switch between projects and platforms with ease, always delivering content that meets the brief and exceeds expectations. You'll have a strong grasp of brand tone of voice, and know how to make each piece of copy feel tailored to the audience, channel, and objective.

You will also have:

  • Ideally, in-house experience as a digital copywriter with impeccable grammar, punctuation, and proofreading skills.
  • Expertise in crafting clear, concise, and brand-consistent copy across digital platforms, including push notifications, social media, and email.
  • A positive, adaptable attitude, comfortable with changing requirements, working autonomously when needed, and collaborating seamlessly with a team.
