We are seeking an experienced Brand Engagement Manager to revolutionize our approach to client and brand partnerships within the luxury and private client space. Your mission will be to design, refine, and implement strategies that effectively address the needs of our elite clients and prestigious brands. You will ensure our clients have access to exclusive products and experiences, that our team is well-informed on the latest trends and opportunities, and that our brand partners see us as a trusted ally in driving commercial success and brand loyalty.

About the role
The Brand Engagement Manager will analyse client insights, understand client segments, manage a calendar of opportunities, coordinate events, and promote training sessions to enhance luxury client experiences and brand partnerships.
In addition to this you will also be responsible for:
- VVIC Client Insight Reporting: Coordinate and analyse client insight reports to identify and predict trends, needs, and opportunities within our most valued clients.
- Client Segment Expertise: Deeply understand the nuances of private shopping client segments. Act as the client's advocate within the Private Shopping Department, liaising with commercial and brand teams.
- Opportunity Calendar: Develop a comprehensive calendar of experiences, events, gifting, and training opportunities. Ensure relevant teams are informed and maximizing all opportunities.
- Event Coordination: Utilize insights from the Client Development Team (CRM) and sales input to propose client invite lists for various brand-led events.
- Training and Brand Immersion: Schedule and promote training sessions and brand immersion experiences for the sales team, encouraging participation and tracking outcomes.
About you
We are seeking an organized and commercially astute Brand Engagement Manager to join our team. This role requires an adaptable individual with exceptional communication skills, capable of building and maintaining relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.

- Luxury Experience: Proven experience in the luxury sector, ideally within a VVIC environment, with a thorough understanding of luxury client lifestyles and demographics.
- Strong Network: A well-established network of brand contacts and the ability to navigate complex situations to achieve outcomes for our top clients.
- Data-Driven: Proficient in making data-based decisions and interpreting customer insights to inform strategies.
- Integrity and Trustworthiness: Demonstrates high levels of integrity and credibility.
- Data Proficiency: Skilled in data analysis, reporting, and creating impactful presentations.
- Brand Ambassador: Embody and represent our ‘leader in luxury’ persona in all interactions with brand partners.
