Administrator

Our Thatcham based .com Administration team are looking for an Administrator to support across the distribution function.


This role works a fixed shift pattern of 1pm-9pm, 5 days over 7, including weekend work.

About the Role

This role plays a key part in the smooth running of the Online Fulfilment function. You will be part of a team driving the efficient and smooth onward flow of goods through the supply chain whilst providing the level of service excellence that Harrods is renowned for.


In this role you will be responsible for:

  • Ensuring all customer orders are processed correctly and to the agreed SLAs.
  • Assisting in ensuring that all queries are dealt with in a timely manner and actions are logged for future reference.
  • Investigating Delivery Error Forms.
  • Performing physical checks of stock in the warehouse.
  • Processing and returning stock to storage from cancelled orders.
  • Processing online orders for gift cards.
  • Running and monitoring system reports and taking appropriate action, where necessary.  

About You

You will be committed to our high standard service and have strong customer focus. You must be meticulous and proactive in your approach with a very keen eye for detail. You will be using online systems in your day to day with the verifying process. You will have excellent time management as well as the ability and willingness to multi-task. You will be able to work in a fast-paced environment whilst maintaining a high standard of work.  


You’ll also have:

  • Experience of working flexible hours/days and demonstrate the ability to adapt to the changing demands of the role.
  • Willingness to be flexible and adapt to the changing demands of the role.
  • Strong numerical, literacy and communication skills.
  • Good PC literacy, including SAP and Microsoft Office programmes, e.g Word, Excel, Outlook and Teams.
