Bio

Hi, I’m Jenna and I’m the Head of Resourcing at Harrods. I’m what you call a “boomerang” hire at Harrods. I started my career in Recruitment over 12 years ago where I joined Harrods as a junior member of the resourcing team. I spent seven years learning about recruitment and Harrods, taking on lots of roles within the team to get a good understanding of how the operation works. After seven 7 years, I decided it was time to leave the bright lights of London and relocated with my family to Bristol, where I still live with my husband and two children. After three years away from Harrods, I was offered to re-join as the Head of Resourcing and have enjoyed every moment of being back in the green palace.

I work closely with my team to bring in the best talent to be a part of our Harrods Story. Within Resourcing we have the privilege of bringing in wonderful people from all of walks of life to come and make anything possible at Harrods. When I’m not at work you will find me spending time with my family, this is usually at the side of a football or rugby pitch cheering on my two young boys. I also love to cook for my family and friends and have an unhealthy obsession with recipe books!
