We’re now looking for passionate and customer focussed waiting staff to join our teams across our extensive and world famous Food and Beverage outlets within our iconic Knightsbridge store, where we currently house more celebrity chefs, and exclusive dining brands than any other location in the UK.

About the Role 

Our Front of House teams set the scene for exceptional experiences and are an invaluable part of our Restaurants family. Waiters and Waitresses across Harrods are flexible to our customers’ needs and go above and beyond to make anything possible. They know what it means to go the extra mile and nothing is too much trouble. In this role, you’ll be assisting the Management team in running the restaurant effectively by maintaining high service standards and maximising sales, exceeding customer expectations. 

About You

You’ll be a trusted team player who has a strong track record of hospitality experience, with time spent working at a high end bar or café environment. Having great knowledge and a passion for food and drink, you’ll have the ability to perform duties effectively and at the highest standards with minimum supervision and guidance. 

You’ll have great time-management skills and a strong customer focus when dealing with both internal and external parties. You’ll have exceptional interpersonal skills and a good attention to detail. By being cool, calm and collected, you’ll be able to manage all kinds of situations and think on your feet.
