We are currently recruiting for two Visual Merchandisers to bring creative flair, styling expertise and a passion for fashion to deliver stand-out visual experiences across our Fashion [Womenswear/Menswear] departments.

About the Role

As a Visual Merchandiser, you will support our Creative division in bringing fashion stories to life across multiple departments. You’ll help deliver exceptional pop‑ups, mannequin styling and compelling product displays that elevate the customer experience and reflect our brand’s luxury standards. Working collaboratively with stakeholders, you'll play a key role in shaping visually inspiring retail environments that drive engagement and sales.

Key responsibilities:

  • Create eye‑catching visual displays and mannequin styling that inspire customers and promote product stories.
  • Support the roll‑out of branded pop‑ups and creative installations, collaborating closely with Buying, Retail and brand partners.
  • Conduct daily floor checks to maintain outstanding presentation standards across all fashion areas.
  • Translate trend research into mood boards, styling concepts and design ideas that align with seasonal narratives.
  • Review merchandise placement, analyse competitor activity and proactively identify opportunities to improve visual impact.

This role is based on site, five days per week, in our Knightsbridge store. Occasional weekend work may be required during peak trading periods, such as Christmas, so full flexibility is essential.

About You

You will bring a strong styling instinct, a deep passion for fashion and an eye for detail that ensures every display delivers impact. You thrive in hands‑on environments, feel comfortable managing multiple projects, and can adapt seamlessly across locations and changing priorities. You’ll be confident communicating with stakeholders, proactive in problem‑solving, and energised by creating memorable retail theatre. With your blend of creativity, industry awareness and organisational skill, you elevate every space you touch.

You will also have:

  • Strong knowledge of fashion and luxury brands, trends and styling.
  • Excellent planning, organisation and project‑management abilities.
  • The flexibility to work multi‑site, including occasional overnights or weekends.
