Associate Talent Acquisition Partner
Our Talent Acquisition Operations team are now looking for a Talent Experience Team Leader to create exceptional candidate journeys and lead a high-performing team.

Leading a team of Talent Experience Coordinators, you’ll bring energy, care, and precision to every stage of the candidate journey.
About the Role
In this role you will be responsible for leading and developing a team dedicated to delivering a best-in-class candidate experience across the recruitment lifecycle. Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Operations Manager, you will oversee day-to-day operations, manage workloads and service levels, and ensure every candidate touchpoint is delivered to the highest standard.
You will act as the guardian of the candidate journey, ensuring seamless coordination of interviews, communication, and hiring processes, while also supporting wider Talent Acquisition goals and operational enhancements. You will continuously review and refine existing processes, identifying efficiencies and elevating both the candidate and stakeholder experience.
- Lead, coach and develop a high-performing Talent Experience team.
- Oversee interview scheduling, candidate communications and recruitment administration.
- Act as an escalation point for complex candidate queries.
- Partner with Talent Acquisition Partners and hiring managers to support hiring activity.
- Monitor SLAs, team performance and workload distribution.
- Drive process improvements and ensure best practice across systems (including Workday).
- Support the delivery of assessment centres and recruitment events.
Depending on your role, you may be fully on-site or have a mix of on-site and home working – this is what we refer to as ‘Hybrid’. Our hybrid working policy allows colleagues to work from home for part of the week, with a minimum of three days on-site, depending on business needs.
