We are looking for a skilled Tailor to join our Bespoke Alterations team. This is an exciting opportunity to channel your expertise when working across a broad range of luxurious apparel whilst providing seamless experiences for our customers.

About the Role

Our Tailoring team are highly skilled in their craft and are able to work on any type of garment across the broad range of luxurious apparel we sell. Our tailors posses an advanced knowledge of garment construction and have an advanced level of tailoring skills across both Menswear and Womenswear.

With the flexibility to match their skillset, the tailor team work agilely to deliver an exceptional standard of workmanship to deliver to our customers’ exacting needs. 

In this role you will be responsible for:

  • Performing complex tailoring on a variety of garment types to a high level of workmanship.
  • Conducting fittings with expertise, working with different fabrics and styles to provide a seamless and personalised experience for our customers.
  • Completing all necessary documentation and system updates while maintaining strict quality control standards.
  • Where required, assisting the shopfloor with the training of the sales team in basic alterations.

This role is fully on site, working 5 out of the 7 days a week.

About You

You are a dedicated professional with a passion for tailoring and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service. With experience in both men’s and women’s garments, you have a deep understanding of garment construction, alterations, and quality control.

You will also:

  • Have proven tailoring experience, demonstrating versatility across different departments, fabrics, and techniques
  • Excel in a collaborative team environment while also working independently when required
  • Be confident in executing both standard and express alterations
  • Demonstrate a high level of productivity and consistency
