Supervisor - Signature & Arcade

We are looking for a Supervisor to join our bustling and vibrant Signature and Arcade department.

About the Role

The Supervisors will be integral in enabling the smooth running of both exceptional customer service from the whole retail team, and the highest standards of merchandising.

In addition to creating world class customer experiences, our Supervisors will also provide operational support (alongside the Retail Management team) by communicating the daily deployments, as well as breaks and lunches, and being a point of contact for escalation and queries.

About You

You will have experience in a fast-paced, customer-facing working environment, and will always model quality service. With a keen attention to detail and a passion for perfection, you will endeavour to exceed customer’s expectations daily. You will have a positive mindset and a strong team-work ethic, taking part and actively contributing to the daily team activities. 

You’ll also have:

• Good interpersonal skills and attention to detail; ability to connect and communicate with a diverse range of customers.
• Evidence of dealing with complex customer orders and on occasion complaints.
• An open and can-do attitude.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• The ability to work in a team and in a fast-paced environment.
• The ability to under pressure whilst maintaining composure and remaining an ambassador for the brand
• Proven experience in a customer-facing environment and dealing with difficult customer situations.
• Some supervisory experience is desired; for example leading a small team on a project or initiative.
• The flexibility to work a shift system across 7 days.
