SAP CX (Marketing) Functional Consultant

We are looking for a SAP CX (Marketing) Functional Consultant to join our join our Digital Technology Development team in Harrods.

About The Role

As the SAP CX (Marketing) Functional Consultant you will provide functional and hands-on configuration experience to deliver a range of projects and improvement initiatives using the latest technologies, practices and processes.

You will be working as part of an agile cross-functional team, you will provide functional and hands-on configuration experience to deliver a range of projects and improvement initiatives using the latest technologies, practices and processes.

This role will be remote based, with occasion travel to the office required for team meetings.  

You will also;

• Leverage your experience and SAP best practices to identify and implement solutions, maximising standard product utilisation and business value while minimizing bespoke development work
• Collaborate with Architecture, Delivery and Services teams to ensure solution compatibility with company standards
• Manage customer expectations via regular communication
• Reduce solution defects and rework
• Mentor junior members of the team, and act in an advisory capacity for pertinent design decisions and on the most appropriate approach to delivery

About You

You must have previous experience as an SAP CX/CRM functionalist consultant.

To be successful you will have the following;

• Previous experience   as   a  SAP   CX/CRM functional consultant.
• Proficient   with   Lead   to   Cash   process.   Experience   of configuring  end-to-end  Marketing  processes  for  B2B  and B2C scenarios.
• Hands-on   experience   of   at   least   one   of   the   following applications:  SAP  Customer  Data  Platform  (CDP),  SAP Emarsys or SAP Marketing Cloud
• Experience of integrating various SAP CX products such as Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Customer Data Cloud etc. with each other
