Sales Associate - Toys

Are you passionate about toys, play, and imagination, and ready to take the next step in your retail career? We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our Toys team as Sales Associates.

This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands‑on experience with some of our most exciting and ever‑evolving toy brands, from imaginative playsets and life‑size animals to innovative gadgets and the latest must‑have releases in the world of play.

Harrods is one of the world’s leading luxury department stores, and we are proud to be a destination for the most sought‑after brands from around the globe. Our Toys department is a colourful, playful, and immersive space where our Sales Associates are encouraged to bring their personality and energy to every customer interaction.

About the Role

Our Sales Associates are at the heart of what we do and, as the face of our iconic brand, you will be responsible for creating world class customer experiences for every visitor. You will take time to understand our customers, from curious children to discerning collectors, combining the Art of Selling with strong product knowledge to meet sales targets and build lasting relationships.

Each day will bring something new. You will work with autonomy while ensuring high visual merchandising standards, maintaining stock levels and replenishment, championing our Harrods Rewards scheme, and encouraging customer feedback through our surveys.

This position is a fixed‑term, one‑year contract commencing in August 2026.

You are an accomplished retail professional with a bubbly, theatrical, and playful personality that brings a sense of wonder to the Toys department. You know how to create moments of delight while maintaining the refined service standards expected in a world class luxury environment. Confident with both children and adults, you use your charm and product knowledge to craft experiences that feel personal, elevated, and memorable. Alongside your vibrant energy, you are ambitious, impeccably presented, and committed to delivering exceptional service while achieving your sales goals.
