You’ll have an exceptional track record in sales management and business planning, leading and supporting large teams to achieve success.

• Man management experience
• An ability to motivate your managers, guiding them through the development and management of large teams
• Exceptional organisational skills
• Instinctive commercial judgement and stakeholder management
• Persuasive and inspiring communications
• A creative mindset
• Unwavering people and customer focus
• Experience leading a retail team with a high volume revenue turnover - desirable
• Experience in consumer technology products - desirable
