We’re looking for a Resourcing Partner to support our Buying and Merchandise and Estates departments. They operate at the core of our business and, as the Resourcing Partner dedicated to this area, you will need to support all permanent recruitment needs and act as an ambassador for best practice. This is a fast paced, strategic role, critical to the success of our Resourcing strategy and the wider business.

This is hybrid working role based in our Hammersmith head office with frequent time spent in Knightsbridge.

About the Role

As a Resourcing Partner, your role is to ensure we are attracting, sourcing and selecting the best talent for Harrods. You will have line management responsibility for a dedicated Talent Coordinator so will coach, mentor and develop as appropriate.

You will be responsible for recruiting high calibre candidates ensuring you follow all the relevant stages of the recruitment process including briefing, attracting, sourcing, screening, interview and offer management. This includes all position types including permanent, fixed term and contract as well recruitment agency management. You will be accountable for designing different recruitment processes to deliver the best candidate experience and calibre to the business, whilst also maintaining the integrity of our recruitment system and its data.

You will be responsible for informing all stakeholders involved in the resourcing process by providing accurate and regular communication, ensuring you build effective relationships with line managers,  educating and managing their expectations regarding the recruitment process.

You are also responsible for regularly reviewing candidate experience, looking for ways to improve and continuously raise the bar for the candidate journey.

About You

You will come from an in-house talent acquisition background ideally, however recruitment agency experience will be considered.  You will preferably come from a B&M environment but this isn’t essential if you have demonstrable experience of managing end to end recruitment processes.

You’ll also have –

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with candidates and stakeholders alike.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team. You'll be working with hiring managers, candidates, and other stakeholders to ensure that we're always finding the best talent.
  • Proficiency in attraction and using the right methods to find the right candidates. Tools like LinkedIn, Indeed, and ATS systems is essential.
  • Knowledge of recruitment best practices and industry trends. You'll need to stay up-to-date on the latest strategies and techniques for finding and attracting top talent.
  • Line management experience.
