It’s an exciting time to join the Restaurant and Kitchen team at Harrods supporting our evolving and dynamic business needs. As well as key foundation improvements we are also investing in the latest industry innovates to enhance our brands and customer experience.

We are looking for a Project Coordinator who can support in the delivery of Restaurant and Kitchen projects and other related projects from inception through to closure. 

About The Role

In the role as a Project Coordinator, you will intergrade activities of internal and external teams from a variety of technical disciplines to deliver systems for the business.

This will involve the production of plans, documentation and providing guidance to project teams and ensuring communication is maintained between all stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring all organisational procedures are adhered to.

The role will also require the Project Coordinator to deliver small projects and enhancements through the management of project activities, staff, tools, and data to enable effective and efficient delivery, aligned to the project management lifecycle.

About You

You will bring experience in ensuring assigned projects produce the required deliverables within the defined quality, time and cost constraints and allocated projects will involve close supplier management of key third parties.

You will be a strong communicator with excellent change management skills. Knowing who to engage with and when, ensuring that the project stays on track at all times. More specifically, we’re looking for someone with:

  •  Exposure to Project Management process and PMO governance
  •  Financial/numerical acumen
  •  Ability to perform duties effectively with minimum supervision and guidance
  •  Strong ability in Using Microsoft Office - Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Visio
  •  Strong customer services focus when dealing with both internal and external parties.
