Join the dynamic Creative Content team at Harrods as a Project Coordinator, where you will play a key role in delivering engaging content across our social media platforms, ensuring smooth project execution from concept to publishing. 


About the Role
As a Project Coordinator, you will support the Social Media Project Manager in the delivery of social content, campaigns, and digital marketing initiatives. With eight active social media accounts and more on the horizon, this role requires exceptional organisation and collaboration to keep up with the fast-paced demands of a luxury brand's online presence.


Your key responsibilities include:
•    Collaborating with the Social Media Project Manager and wider teams to achieve business objectives.
•    Managing project schedules, from briefing through production and final delivery.
•    Overseeing the approval process via our online system and ensuring timely publishing of assets.
•    Supporting content population across Harrods' social media platforms and digital asset management.
•    Assisting with daily job lists and coordinating with writers, designers, and social media teams.


About You
You thrive in a fast-paced environment, have exceptional organisational skills, and possess a keen eye for detail. Adaptability and strong communication skills are key, as you will collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure seamless content execution.


You will also have:
•    Strong organisational and multitasking abilities, with the ability to prioritise effectively.
•    A passion for process-driven work, ensuring smooth workflows and project execution.
•    The ability to stay calm under pressure and work collaboratively across departments.
•    Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Teams, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel).
•    A strong understanding of social media platforms like Instagram and TikTok, including technical nuances.
•    Ability to manage workflows, deadlines, and stakeholder collaboration efficiently.
