You will work closely with the Digital Project Manager to manage resources, build relationships across teams, and coordinate tasks from start to finish.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Day-to-day management of resources across the creative team to ensure timely delivery of all projects.
  • Supporting the coordination of both paid and organic content for the .com platform.
  • Building strong relationships with the creative, digital, and wider content teams.
  • Scheduling tasks, tracking progress, and ensuring all stakeholders are aligned on deliverables.
  • Handling multiple projects, from restaurant launches to large campaigns.

This role is Monday to Friday, with three days a week based in our office (Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday) and two days remote.

You will have:

  • A positive, can-do attitude in supporting the wider team whilst being eager to learn and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Strong organisational skills, working to ensure tasks are on track and ensuring deadlines are met.
  • Excellent communication skills and have the ability to build and maintain strong relationships across teams.
  • A flexible approach and will be ready to take on new challenges and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
