We are looking for a Product Catalogue Creation Manager to join our IT team here at Harrods.

This is a 12-month fixed term position.

About The Role

As the Product Catalogue Creation Manager you will be responsible for managing and developing a high performing team who are in  turn responsible for the acquisition and creation of all new product data into the Harrods Catalogue.

You will also;

  • Reactively manage workload and resourcing of Product Catalogue Creation Administrators daily and intraday, to allocate and prioritise activities and deliverables to drive and exceed the SLA.
  • Prepare and distribute weekly reporting to stakeholders on team performance, and other ad hoc reporting as  required. Reporting to include insight and drive action to effectively manage stakeholder expectations and the  team’s ability to meet and exceed KPIs
  • Responsible for completing the annual and bi-annual People Performance Review and reviews of PDPs through 121s ensuring that direct reports are on track to meet their objectives
  • Build strong relationships with the Buying and Merchandising team, promoting the need and benefits for complete and accurate data

About You

The ideal candidate will have a continuous improvement mindset and through  developing a deep understanding of our data, will lead the way in  delivering efficiencies with both internal and external stakeholders. It is important that you have previous experience in both E effective queue/workflow management and volume attributed resourcing and managing a team of individual contributors, driving productivity, quality metrics and engagement

You will also have the following;

  • Experience building relationships with Suppliers/Brands and other  3rd party stakeholders, with proven ability to influence others, driving  efficiencies and change to support continuous improvements
  • A demonstrable influencer, ability to drive impact and implement change without direct lines of authority
  • Clear communication both written and verbal
  • Experience with SAP Retail preferred, particularly Materials  Management and experience with Data Syndication platforms  valuable
  • Collaborative and an effective relationship builder, across both
    different functions and levels of the organisation
  • A demonstrable influencer, ability to drive impact and implement change without direct lines of authority
