An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Process Analyst to join our successful Harrods Restaurants & Kitchens office team to lead the process of implementing Product Lifecycle Management across Harrods’ Restaurants & Kitchens.

About the Role 

As a Process Analyst, you will use PLM to deliver transformational change within Restaurants &Kitchens to help drive process change, efficiencies and compliance improvements.

Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) deals with every stage across a product’s lifecycle, from the creative thinking of the product designer through to the product being ready for sale/consumption, and everything in between.
 

You will be responsible for process analysis, project management and change management of all required changes, as well as detailed process mapping, the creation of PML rules, RACI and KPIs, and will be supported by the R&K Business Process Manager and colleagues.


Your responsibilities are including but not limited to the following: 
•    Process analysis and mapping of end-to-end Restaurants & Kitchens processes
•    Process design and redesign to achieve best-in-class PLM across R&K
•    Facilitation of workshops to identify and validate current and future-state processes
•    Stakeholder management of senior stakeholders across the Restaurant & Kitchens team and beyond
•    Delivery of projects and opportunities within the umbrella of Product Lifecycle Management in R&K
•    Aligning with other projects and programmes, including systemic improvements, process improvements and compliance workstreams
•    Prioritisation of key opportunities, in line with Restaurants & kitchens directorate strategy and that of other teams.

About You 
You’ll have proven experience as a process analyst or in a similar role and an ideally have a clear understanding of the hospitality industry. 
More specifically, you will have: 
•    The ability to work within a fast paced environment and adapt to ever changing priorities
•    Engaging communication skills with the ability to build relationships across a diverse team 
•    Experience working with different stakeholders – both internally and externally and building relationships
•    Attention to detail and excellent process analysis and thinking skills, including process mapping
•    Excellent working knowledge of and proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. 
•    A passion for driving innovation and change
