We are looking for an experienced Paid Media Manager to join the Digital Marketing team at Harrods – opportunities like this don’t come along often! This is a brilliant chance to lead in a highly influential role, with overall responsibility for Paid Media strategy and execution.
About the Role
As a paid media subject matter expert, you will oversee the omnichannel business strategy, whilst managing three direct reports. You will work internationally, covering the UK, Middle East, APAC and the US.
Having worked in an agency previously, you will be someone who likes to plan - able to devise and manage multiple campaigns at once, whilst guiding wider teams effectively.
You will:
- Be responsible for omnichannel and paid media strategies and execute aligned with business objectives across a variety of platforms.
- Manage paid media team and channels including but not limited to paid social and display
- Utilise data and industry insight to inform decision making.
- Present campaign performance to internal stakeholders and share clear insights, learnings and recommendations for future campaigns.
- Develop and manage channel roadmap for testing with defined success metrics and clearly outlined testing hypotheses.
- Complete budget management and forecasting of paid media budget and targets.
- Be the strategic point of account across the business, including brand and international marketing teams and with the agency for paid media collaborations.
- Collaborate with online trade team to capture and utilise latest trends and product insights to feed into channel strategy.
About You
As an accomplished strategic thinker, with the skills to lead a growing team, you will demonstrate the following skills:
- Ability to manage a successful team and drive personal development.
- Willingness to challenge the status quo
- Experience in paid media roles, with a focus on supporting large scale and complex global digital ad campaigns.
- Knowledge of key Marketing and Ad Management Platforms such as DV360, Campaign Manager, Meta Business Manager.
- Knowledge of key analytic platforms (e.g. Google Analytics).
- Ability to relay analytical insight to internal and external stakeholders with various levels of analytical and media knowledge.
- An understanding of media landscape cross-channel
