We are looking for a Campaign Manager to join our Marketing team here at Harrods. You will be responsible for the management, delivery and oversight of the management campaigns process.
About the Role
Reporting into the Group Marketing Campaign Manager, you will contribute to the delivery of all Harrods’ campaign marketing outputs, forming a critical part of delivering the brand vision. Working closely with the Marketing Planning Manager, you will work together to seize opportunities and execute successful campaigns.
This role provides the opportunity to manage and lead Campaign Executives and Assistants. You will be accountable for setting and monitoring process, execution and delivery of all marketing and partnerships activities. You will ensure that all planned projects are reflected within the Marketing Brief Pipeline, ensuring deadlines are mapped out and communicated to all relevant parties. You will be responsible for reviewing all briefs created by the Omnichannel Campaign Strategy Manager to ensure that all information is included and KPIs are set.
You will take ownership of our Brand Experience Division Campaign planning meetings and ensure that all teams are aligned on brief objects and priorities. You will manage relationships with our external agency partners, both media and creative and review media plans and proposals to ensure they respond to the Marketing brief.
About You
As the Campaign Manager, you will have the ability to build strong relationships across both internal and external stakeholders, managing relationships, expectations and ensuring delivery in all projects. You will be genuinely passionate about nurturing and developing colleagues and leading through change. With the natural ability to engage and motivate your team through inspirational story-telling, you will be skilled at performance coaching and help your team grow.
You will also:
- Have demonstrable experience in campaign and project management, either within a marketing department or marketing agency.
- Have an in-depth knowledge of a range of communication tools and techniques.
- Be a creative thinker, with an understanding of omnichannel campaign management delivery.
- Have the ability to work with creative and media agencies to build strong relationships.
- Have the resilience to deliver on tight deadlines.
