Management Accountant

Our Finance team are now looking for a qualified and dynamic Management Accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) to join them on a fixed term contract for 9 months in our Hammersmith Office.

About the Role 

Reporting to the Finance Manager in our Hammersmith office, you will drive financial performance and strategic decision-making while managing multiple cost centres and ensuring robust financial control.

Other responsibilities will also include:
•  Preparing and posting monthly financial journals and balance sheet reconciliations.
•  Producing cost centre reports, conducting variance analysis, and collaborating with senior management to address overspends.
•  Developing and maintaining accurate budgets, forecasts, and payroll projections.
•  Managing fixed asset accounting, capital expenditure reporting, and liaising with auditors.
•  Identifying cost-saving opportunities through detailed P&L analysis.
 

About You 

You will be highly skilled and detail-oriented professional with a recognised accounting qualification (ACA/ACCA/CIMA). You’ll also have strong technical expertise, including proficiency in Excel and familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP. With a meticulous approach to financial data analysis and reporting, you will be adept at delivering accurate insights to support informed decision-making.

•  Strong communication skills with the ability to translate complex financial insights into actionable advice for diverse stakeholders.
•  Adaptability and resilience in a dynamic environment, able to prioritise and meet tight deadlines.
•  A passion for developing and inspiring colleagues, with strong emotional intelligence and performance coaching skills.
