We are looking for a Loyalty Operations Executive to join our Digital team at Harrods. This role will play a key role in delivering world-class customer loyalty campaigns as well as supporting the overall Harrods Rewards programme strategy and the future of loyalty at Harrods.

This is a fixed term 12-months position.

About The Role

Reporting to the Loyalty Operations Manager within the Loyalty team, the successful candidate will be responsible for the execution and management of end-to-end loyalty projects, promotions and campaigns for the Harrods customer. Supporting key objectives of the loyalty programme, ranging from the acquisition of new members, to retaining and building lifetime value with existing members.

  • Be responsible for the delivery of loyalty propositions and promotions across Harrods digital and physical channels
  • Work closely with the Loyalty Operations Manager to continually Improve the Rewards customer experience, Identifying opportunities to reduce friction and Increase efficiency across all channels
  • Manage Reward collateral across all Harrods sites, working with the Loyalty Assistant to manage stock levels
  • Manage the Rewards colleague engagement programme, ensuring Rewards is a key priority across all customer touchpoints

About You

As the Loyalty Operations Executive you will have previous experience in a Loyalty, CRM, Marketing or Operations. You will have both Strong attention to detail with regards to reviewing and writing documentation and the ability to communicate and work with a diverse set of teams while confidently advocating for the central Loyalty strategy.

We are looking for someone who has excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, able to quickly gain the trust and confidence of multiple stakeholders. Excellent time-management skills and the ability and willingness to multi-task. It is important for us to have someone who has strong work ethic and unwavering commitment to Harrods values as well as flexibility and readiness to adapt to changing priorities.
