We are looking for an exceptional and sales focussed Lettings Negotiator to work in our Knightsbridge office, located at 82 Brompton Road, Knightsbridge, London SW3 1ER. This is an excellent opportunity to work with one of central London’s most exclusive estate agents with a globally recognised brand.
This is a 12 -month fixed term contract.
About the Role
As an expert Lettings Negotiator, you will be working with clients at all levels of the market including high net-worth individuals, with whom you will build and maintain strong relationships, identify their requirements and match those within our portfolio.
You will be responsible for registering applicants and converting as many viewings as possible into new tenancies whilst communicating with clients and applicants to negotiate the best possible deals for both parties, whilst maintaining excellent levels of customer service.
You will be involved with the short and long term let process and you will need to have and maintain a strong and up-to-date knowledge of the local property market, keeping fully up to date with new legislation.
With your excellent communication skills, you will negotiate deals between landlords and applicants and assist with renewals, all whilst being highly motivated in ensuring premium level service and maximum revenue.
Proactive and strategic, you will focus on acquiring new business through regular networking with landlords and property professionals. To be successful, you must be highly motivated, have a proven track record of closing new tenancies and demonstrate a clear understanding of letting and property management legislation as these are essential to the role.
As part of your remuneration, you will also have the opportunity to participate in a team commission scheme based on yours and your team’s performance.
About You
You will come with demonstrable and proven experience of lettings in prime Central London with a proven track record of consistently achieving lettings targets.
Fully competent in Arabic speaking would be beneficial.
You will also have:
- Exceptional communication and customer-service skills – you will be confident, articulate, responsible and well-presented.
- Outstanding influencing and networking skills.
- The ability to work pro-actively individually and as a team player for benefit of the entire office
- Detailed working knowledge and understanding of relevant industry legislation.
- Extensive knowledge of Prime Central London and especially in the Knightsbridge and RBK&C lettings market is preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in dealing with tenancy paperwork including tenancy agreements, renewals and all other touch points as appropriate.
- A full UK driving licence would be preferable but not essential.
