Finance Manager-Retail

We have an exciting new role as a Finance Manager to support the Retail Group at Harrods.

About the role

The role of the Finance Manager – Retail Group, will be responsible for the management accounting function of the Retail Group, which includes Harrods Ltd (Store & Online Business) as well as Harrods International (Airports & Wholesale).

As a member of the Finance & Procurement community, you will also be expected to ensure robust financial control and reporting accuracy is upheld. In addition, you will look to continuously improve relevant processes and procedures to drive both efficiency and accuracy.

About you

We are looking for an ambitious individual who has an interest in developing a sound understanding of retail finance and analysis. You will be a qualified account (ACA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent) with experience in a similar management accounting role, in practice, as well as previous experience working in Commerce.

You will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with both finance and non-financial staff.. Further to this, you will have a strong work ethic, excellent organisational and time management skills, as well as strong leadership abilities. Finally, you will have good PC literacy (Word, Excel) and experience of SAP is desirable.
