Here at Harrods, we are passionate about our customers. As a result, customer insights have never been as important for us as they are today. We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Customer Insights Analyst to join our ever-growing Customer Insights team.
About the Role
The Customer Insights Analyst will use their analytical and commercial skills to support both internal and external stakeholders in understanding our customers and identifying opportunities that will deliver a business benefit or improve our customer experience.
In this role, you will have the exciting focus of reporting and portfolio management within personal and private shopping. This covers a huge breadth of categories, from marmalade to yachts and penthouses in Dubai to Christmas decorations. Absolute discretion and professionalism is required and so are water-tight analytical skills to really drill down into the data and use this for future business productivity.
Your data reporting will enable us to create bespoke activation and branding events, monitor trade and present this to stakeholders internally and externally. You will always been looking for improvements, with an eye for spotting trends.
Whether it is investment in a single customer view platform to give us a picture of our customers and their behaviours, or a growing research calendar to directly reach out and speak to our target audiences, there has never been a more exciting time to join Harrods and our Insights & Analytics team.
About You
Ideally, you will have experience in a commercial organisation with large data sets. Your business/commercial understanding of the purpose of analytics is fundamental and you will have SQL skills to extract and interpret, whilst also being comfortable building relationships with peers and stakeholders.
As a Customer Insights Analyst, you will be agile and thrive in a fast-moving environment, equally happy tackling larger, more in-depth projects and quick turnaround ad hoc requests.
