We are recruiting for a brand new role within our Creative Content team for a Creator Manager.
As Creator Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive strategy and always-on content calendar for social media creators (influencers) at Harrods. Working alongside the Social team, you will use data to build a network of social media creators. As well as identifying existing/emerging creators and actively negotiating these partnerships, you will own and nurture relationships with the network.
About the Role
Within this role, you will be the subject matter expert for our Creator strategy: passionate about building the strategy from the ground up and communicating it’s success to key stakeholders across the business. You will manage the yearly talent budget, bookings and relationships as well as facilitating negotiations with Creators.
You will continuously analyse Creator content against key metrics and KPIS, proposing innovative solutions to help achieve success. You will use said data to identify new and existing Creators across all platforms and divisions (Fashion, Beauty and Food) – actively sourcing, negotiating and nurturing these relationships.
Your duties will also include:
- Working closely and collaboratively with our internal PR Team and external agencies.
- Working with the Social Executives to source creative references, coordinate posting, and pull data.
- Collaborating with the Community Manager to drive overall content engagement through real-time responses, ensuring alignment with the brand’s channel strategies and TOV.
- Attending relevant events for networking and business purposes.
- Inputting into weekly and monthly social media performance reports, analysing data and metrics providing insight for social media activity/campaign results, and using these insights to generate learnings for future collaborations and activity.
- Analysing engagement data to help evolve the creative output of the Creators we work with and doing so in a timely and agile way.
- Being an inspiring champion for social content.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive, cross-platform Creator strategy and content calendar for Harrods.
About You
As Creator Manager you would have worked with social media creators and influencers before, either in-house or as part of an agency. You will have a deep interest in and understanding of social media trends, tools and talent and have experience executing an influencer/creator marketing campaign from start to finish.
You will have a deep understanding of the differences between leveraging social creators as brand advocates versus influencers as brand ambassadors – channelling this understanding to develop a cross-platform Creator strategy and content calendar.

- Have a keen eye for best in class content and flawless execution with demonstrated time-management skills.
- Be self-motivated with a flexible approach.
- Thrive in a collaborative and fast-paced environment with the ability to adapt to last minute requests.
- Be detailed orientated with thorough understanding of analytics and how this can be used to track and enhance performance.
- Be familiar with social media creators and influencers, with a keen eye to identify emerging talent globally
- Have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to work across multiple teams
- Possess exceptional awareness of social media creators and a proven track record of executing influencer or creator-led marketing activity from start to finish.
- Be passionate for all things social media: tools, trends and talent.
