Our Corporate Partnerships team is looking for a Corporate Partnerships Assistant, who will provide valuable support to the Corporate Service team, ensuring the day to day operations of the department run smoothly and efficiently, sales targets are achieved and Harrods corporate clients’ expectations are exceeded.

About the Role

Reporting into the Corporate Service Sales Manager, as the Corporate Service Account Assistant, you will be an ambassador for the department. You will ensure world class customer service is delivered at all times and that you demonstrate expert luxury product knowledge. You will build quality relationships storewide to assist with the execution of corporate orders and communicate collaboration opportunities to the senior team.

This is an excellent opportunity to learn the ways of corporate partnerships, and you will be the first point of contact and support for very well known names and brands who require this type of service from Harrods. 

As the Corporate Service Account Assistant, you will support the team with incoming client sales enquiries, assist the team with customer orders and the sales cycle from enquiry to end delivery, manage the Corporate Service shared inbox on behalf of the team, execute product proposals to a high standard and according to client specifications and consistently aim to provide the highest quality service.

You will also:

  • Understand and properly execute all relevant POS systems and Harrods sales procedures to ensure prompt and efficient sales transactions.
  • Support the team with administrative tasks such as data entry of customer orders and sense checking of data.
  • Assist with Corporate gift card orders: gift card order form submission, bank transfer notifications (BTN’s) , tracking of gift cards and activation requests for gift cards.
  • Shopfloor picking and consolidation of corporate orders across the store.
  • Assist with diary management and meeting room bookings
  • Carry out a weekly analysis of sales with the Sales Manager
  • Assist with the processing of Christmas hamper orders on SAP.
  • Track orders through Intelligent Shipper.

About You

Ideally, you will have previous experience within a B2B sales role, as well as experience within a retail environment.  You will a track record of delivering to targets whilst providing the best in class service to your clients.

You will also:

  • Demonstrate excellent written and spoken grammar
  • Have experience of using the Microsoft Office packages
  • Passion for and knowledge of the luxury retail sector and related brands.
  • Strong customer service skills
  • High level of attention to detail, good organisational skills and time management.
  • Flexibility - over peak periods there is the possibility that overtime will be required.
  • Ideally have experience with a CRM database.
