Our Studio team is looking for a methodical, attention-oriented, organised Content Coordinator to manage brand assets seasonally through our partner-supplied imagery and copy processes.

About the Role

You will be responsible for end-to-end coordination of the Vendor Partnerships workflow and the key liaison between internal teams and external brands, ensuring that all assets and copy information provided are up-to-date, accurate, and adhere to our brand guidelines; and that any queries or challenges are communicated promptly and resolved as swiftly as possible.

You will also:

  • Represent the studio team and their processes in onboarding conversations around imagery and copy for new brands to our .com site.
  • Work collaboratively with key stakeholders across Vendor divisions; meet weekly to review department priorities, key launch dates, and marketing activations to coordinate upload with internal teams.
  • Traffic manage brand copy page updates, working closely with the studio copy team, digital PM, and designers, to ensure workflow is both sustainable and trackable.
  • Seasonally coordinate with brand contacts to request look books, ad campaigns and press texts across all divisions and product categories.
  • You will be meticulous in tracking requests made and be a key player in maintaining our digital asset library and tracking the use of assets across our digital landscape.
  • Support in the upload and tagging of relevant imagery in our Digital Asset Management System (Canto).

About You

Working closely alongside our Studio Production & Copy Coordinator, as a key point of contact for external brands, you will be a confident communicator who is happy to work with a wide variety of stakeholders to troubleshoot and seek continuous improvements to ways of working while nurturing brand relationships. You will be an extremely organised and detail focused individual and a strong team player who is knowledgeable in Excel including the capability to design and implement new reports.
