We are looking for a Concessions HR Assistant to provide high-quality administrative and query resolution services for our Concession colleagues.

About the Role
As a Concessions HR Assistant, you will serve as the first point of contact for Concession HR queries, ensuring fast and seamless query resolution. You will handle ongoing administrative tasks, participate in project work and reports, and assign complex cases to the relevant support teams.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Delivering exceptional customer service and HR support through all HR channels to Concession colleagues.
- Monitoring and managing the shared mailbox, ensuring accurate and timely resolution of queries in line with the departs Service Level Agreements.
- Administering and assigning cases via the Freshservice system, ensuring regular follow-ups and timely case resolution.
- Oversee the administration of Rewards Cards for Concession workers.
This is a hybrid role, with 3-4 days a week in our Hammersmith Head Office.
About You
You will have excellent customer service skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to produce a high-quality work, in a fast paced environment. You must be capable of multitasking, balancing calls and emails efficiently. A working knowledge of HR systems—especially Workday—and an understanding of the HR operating model are essential. Previous HR experience is preferred.
