We are looking for a Cash Office Team Leader to join our Finance team here at Harrods. You will be responsible for assisting the cash handling managers in the day to day reconciling of till cash trade.

About the Role

As the Cash Office Team Leader, you will ensure all monies are counted and processed via ISA system and maintain an audit trail of all monies entered in tills each trading day. You will also maintain Bank and in house stationery levels and assist with late night office cover.

You will also:

  • Support the Cash Summary Manager team
  • Assist with the management team with the training and developing of our colleagues on the operational side of the business
  • Prepare daily work sheets
  • Ensure all technical equipment are working and report any faults.

About You

You will have previous Finance experience such as working in a bank or within an accounting team, with clear communication skills both written and verbal. It is important to have a positive attitude as you will be managing a small to medium team. We are looking for someone that can easily spot opportunities to make operational improvements, and you must have strong PC literacy skills (Excel, Word).

You will also have the following;

  • Good attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple task
  • Previous stakeholder management experience
  • Excellent organisation skills
  • Excellent time management skills
