Brand Specialist

We are recruiting a passionate Brand Specialist to join our Luxury Jewellery Department.

About the Role

As a Brand Specialist, you will be responsible for providing a complete shopping experience that is unrivalled by our competitors. You will understand the importance of building long lasting relationships with clients, have experience of high sales transactions and be able to demonstrate exceptional product knowledge whilst being an ambassador for the Harrods brand.

Other responsibilities of this role include:

• Ensure regular stock replenishment on display with high standards of visual merchandising.
• Monitor the sales of the brands you work alongside.
• Develop a strong relationship with the brands external representative.
• Measure conversion of customers and create lasting client relationships.
• Acquiring knowledge and completing training for all brands you sell.
• Support your team members by maintaining high standards across all brands.

About You

With a background of working with jewellery, our expectations, standards and pace will stretch and develop you. We’re a friendly team that works together and shares the pressures, but don’t under-estimate the challenges.

To be successful within this role, you will need:

• Previous experience in retail and jewellery is a must.
• A genuine interest and passion for Jewellery and Harrods.
• Self-motivation to learn and develop your product and industry knowledge.
• An out of the box thinking mentality, to surprise and delight customers with exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills.
• A strong ability to work within a team.
• Great organisational skills to keep the shop floor running smoothly.
• Flexibility to work weekends and Harrods opening hours.
