Our Marketing & Partnerships team is looking for a Brand Partnerships & Marketing Manager, looking after Beauty Team.

About the Role

As the Brand Partnerships & Marketing Manager, you will grow and own relationships with brand contacts, securing advertising investment against the Harrods media portfolio. You will manage brand partners and their media plans from conception to execution, working with internal stakeholders to create impactful, strategic activations across all Harrods channels to engage Harrods customers.

You will also support the execution of the Harrods Marketing strategy for the relevant category – this role requires an individual with both a commercial and strategic mindset, responsible for creating moments throughout the year with mutual benefit for Harrods & brand partners, delivering  trade potential and upside.  You must also be able to confidently present yourself, both internally & externally, as the expert on Harrods media, advertising and marketing. 

Depending on your role, you may be fully on-site or have a mix of on-site and home working – this is what we refer to as ‘Hybrid’. Our hybrid working policy allows colleagues to work from home for part of the week, with a minimum of three days on-site, depending on business needs.

About You

We are looking for someone who operates with integrity & trust, who is an open communicator - able to persuade and influence internal and external stakeholders. You will be able to operate commercially and utilise your extensive knowledge of marketing strategy & marketing activation.

  • Previous experience in partnerships
  • Working in a similar role at executive level with 2- 3 years experience or manager level
