And we are proud to announce this wonderful opportunity to join our new Sushi restaurant, in partnership with 3 Michelin starred chef, Masayoshi Takayama of Masa, NYC. You will be joining a passionate, supportive, and award-winning Michelin standard dining team, all within our iconic Knightsbridge store.

We are looking for a Waiter/Waitress to join our passionate, supportive, and successful Restaurant team within our iconic Knightsbridge store.

About The Role 

You’ll work as part of the Masa restaurant Team, setting the scene for exceptional experiences and are an invaluable part of our Restaurants family. Waiters and Waitresses across Harrods are flexible to our customers’ needs and go above and beyond to make anything possible. In this role, you’ll be assisting the Management team in running the restaurant effectively by maintaining high service standards and maximising sales, exceeding customer expectations. 

In return, you'll receive competitive salary up to £15ph*, flexible working patterns (with minimal late nights) on a set contract with overtime paid at an additional rate, excellent benefits package, including a company pension, up to 33 days off (including Bank Holidays), your birthday off, up to 33% in-store discount (including across our food hall and restaurants) and a travel season ticket loan. 

About You

You’ll be a trusted team player who has a strong track record of hospitality experience, with time spent working at a high end bar or café environment. Having great knowledge and a passion for food and drink, you’ll have the ability to perform duties effectively and at the highest standards with minimum supervision and guidance.

You’ll have great time-management skills and a strong customer focus when dealing with both internal and external parties. You’ll have exceptional interpersonal skills and a good attention to detail. By being cool, calm and collected, you’ll be able to manage all kinds of situations and think on your feet.
