About the Role

We are looking for a Supply Chain Coordinator to support the implementation of our Supplier Engagement Strategy.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Building collaborative working relationships with all suppliers & related internal business teams across Fashion and General Merchandise categories to ensure suppliers are both on-boarded onto the supplier portal and have all the necessary training and documentation.
  • Ensure delivery schedules are regularly received and updated from all suppliers to drive forecast accuracy and support resource and capacity planning for our distribution centre.
  • Manage the day-to-day performance of our digital freight forwarder, monitoring lead times against agreed SLAs for all modes of transport & proactively addressing or escalating any operational challenges that arise with key stakeholders.
  • Use applications such as SAP, Analytics for Office (AFO), the Supplier Portal and our Freight Forwarding Platform to generate and maintain supply chain reports. This includes supplier performance scorecards, data-driven forecasts, and freight forwarding KPI reports.

About You

You should be able to work flexible hours/days and demonstrate the ability to adapt to the changing demands of the role, and Deputise for the Supply Chain Planning Assistant Manager when required and support out-of-hours implementations and projects. You should also be available to travel occasionally to the Distribution Centre in Thatcham.
