Supply Planning Administrator

We have an exciting opportunity for a Supply Planning Administrator to support us on a contract basis until October 2025.

About the Role

In this role, your focus will be to support the implementation of our Supplier Engagement Strategy.

Key responsibilities include:

• Building collaborative working relationships with all Merchandising teams & key suppliers across Fashion and General Merchandise categories to ensure suppliers are both on-boarded onto our supplier portal, and delivery schedules and PO expiry dates are regularly received and updated to drive forecast accuracy and support resource and capacity planning for our distribution centre.
• Use applications such as SAP, SAP Analytics for Office (AFO), the Supplier Portal and our Freight Forwarding Platform to maintain supply chain reports. This includes supplier performance scorecards, data-driven forecasts, and freight forwarding KPI reports.
• Support the day-to-day operations of our digital freight forwarder, monitoring lead times against agreed SLAs for all modes of transport and proactively escalating any challenges that arise with all key stakeholders.

About You

You will be an excellent communicator, as well as highly organised due to the nature of the role. You will also be PC literate in excel, Microsoft word and SAP.
