Supply Chain Systems Assistant Manager

Our Supply Chain function has a new and exciting opportunity for a Supply Chain Systems Assistant Manager to join the expanding team, where you will be responsible for the day to day systems management including automation throughout the Supply Chain as a key responsibility, ensuring operational continuity and continual engagement with Operations Managers and the Leadership Team.

You will be expected to identify early issue indicators as well as monitoring systems performance indicators to ensure they are achieved and reported on. You will achieve this by managing and developing a team of Supply Chain Systems Analysts.

About the Role

As a Supply Chain Systems Assistant Manager, you will play a strong, dynamic and innovative role, supporting the Supply Chain Systems Manager with supply chain projects and change initiatives as well as systems operational continuity including Automation. Within this role you will be an ambassador for developing the team and for continuous learning and improvement, seeking opportunities to drive all forms of optimisation. This includes the Team learning and skills development, change initiation, delivery and implementation of improvement initiatives.

About You

You will be someone who has strong team coaching and development skills, as well as strong SAP ERP and EWM system knowledge. You will also possess excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to demonstrate credibility with senior management, as well as good conflict resolution skills. You will be an individual who enjoys people management – particularly influencing/managing people without direct authority.
