Stock Operative

Our stock operations team in Knightsbridge have an exciting opportunity to join their thriving team as a Stock Operative.

About the Role

Reporting to the Assistant Stock Manager, the Stock Operative will provide vital analytical insight and trend analysis to support the stock management process and ensure the efficient flow of goods. This will include reporting and continuous improvement along with playing a leading role during brand scans and full site stocktakes.

Responsibilities may include, ensuring all administrative reports are kept up to date and relevant paperwork is filed correctly. Issuing and solving stock audits in a timely manner to resolve stock-related discrepancies, keeping the Stock Operations Manager informed of outstanding issues. Completing stock adjustment and write off forms for approval by the appropriate level approver in line with the company authorisation matrix.

About You

You will have excellent time-management skills and the ability and willingness to multi-task. Additionally, you will be a confident communicator, and you will be able to perform duties effectively with minimum supervision and guidance. Ideally, you will have a prior knowledge of SAP, and you will have great attention to detail whilst working under tight deadlines.
