Salon Support

We are currently recruiting for a Full Time or Part Time Salon Support role in our Hair Salon in Harrods.

Harrods is one of the world’s leading luxury department stores, setting the standard for style and service. Our Hair & Beauty Salon is a destination known for its excellence, expert teams, and the most luxurious treatments in the industry.

About the Role

As a Salon Assistant, you’ll play a vital role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the Hair Salon, ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes and in front of clients.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Supporting senior stylists in delivering hairdressing services
• Greeting and gowning clients in preparation for their treatments
• Preparing tools, equipment, and products before services
• Carrying out tasks such as shampooing, conditioning, removing colour, and neutralising perms under supervision
• Maintaining high standards of cleanliness throughout the salon
• Assisting in the upkeep and organisation of laundry, including towels and gowns
• Ensuring all Health & Safety and hygiene standards are met
• Engaging positively with clients and promoting a welcoming salon atmosphere

About You

You’ll be enthusiastic, proactive, and eager to gain experience in a high-end salon environment.
