About the Role

Our Sales Associates are at the heart of what we do, they live and breathe our core values and they strive to make anything possible for our customers. Our Homeware division includes our Cookshop, Bed and Bath, Luxury Linens and Luxury Gift departments, where we partner with every customer, understanding the brief to the smallest detail. We build sustainable relationships with customers, being product experts and at the forefront of what’s hot right now - working with some of the most luxurious and high-end Homeware brands to ensure customers come back time and again.

In return, you’ll enjoy a package that includes an annual salary of £26,520 and access to a competitive commission scheme, a company pension, 22 days’ holiday, and your birthday off, up to 33% in-store discount (including across our food hall and restaurants) and a season ticket loan.

About You

You’ll also –

  • Have great organisational skills to keep the shop floor running smoothly
  • Have the ability to remain calm, and measured even when under pressure
  • You’ll be resilient, and adaptable to your audience and environment believing that anything is possible
  • Be a problem solver, asking questions and listening effectively
  • Be collaborative in your nature, and thrive as part of a team, building relationships with colleagues and customers alike
  • Enjoy the thrill of achieving sales targets
