Associate Talent Acquisition Partner
We are currently recruiting for a Junior Email Designer to play a key role in bringing beautifully designed, on-brand emails to life by supporting the Email team with engaging and high-quality email creative. Please attach your portfolio for consideration.
About the Role
As a Junior Email Designer, you will support the Email Team in the design and build of emails using established templates, helping to deliver engaging communications that align with brand standards. Working closely with the Content, CRM and external brand teams, you will bring creative briefs to life using Figma, ensuring every email is optimised for performance and consistency across devices.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Designing BAU and brand mailer emails in Figma, following clear creative briefs
- Building emails for deployment using reusable blocks within Emarsys
- Creating and managing multiple dynamic versions of emails where required
- Testing emails thoroughly, with a particular focus on mobile and dark mode rendering
- Amending designs based on feedback from the CRM team during testing phases
Depending on your role, you may be fully on-site or have a mix of on-site and home working – this is what we refer to as ‘Hybrid’. Our hybrid working policy allows colleagues to work from home for part of the week, with a minimum of three days on-site, depending on business needs.

About You
You will be a creative individual with a passion for digital design and a strong desire to learn and develop within an email-focused environment. You thrive in a fast-paced setting where attention to detail matters, and you take pride in delivering high-quality work to deadlines. Comfortable juggling multiple projects, you approach feedback positively and enjoy collaborating as part of a team. Your calm and professional communication style helps you stay focused under pressure while consistently producing work that meets brand expectations.
You must have:
- A good working knowledge of Figma and the Adobe Creative Suite
- A strong eye for typography, layout and contemporary design
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to follow briefs accurately
