High Value Cash Associate

As a High Value Cash Associate you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to the retail teams, providing support in dealing with large and complex transactions. You will use your customer service skills to offer world class service to all internal stakeholders and external customers on a daily basis.

About the role

In this role you will be responsible for attending high value cash transactions, as well as business processes to finalise customer transactions whilst providing the required customer due diligence. This includes the management and process of payments made to Harrods via bank transfer. This role is a blend of customer facing and office based responsibilities.

You will support the Harrods retail teams by providing expert advice, guidance and coaching both over the phone and in-person. You will ensure the correct processes and procedures are followed for transactions to be completed successfully.

About You

You will understand that every interaction with a customer and colleagues counts. You shall go above and beyond to show people you care and take an interest in getting to know people and building strong relationships with them. You’ll also need:

• Strong PC literacy (Microsoft Office essential).
• Knowledge of Anti Money Laundering legislation (preferable).
• Strong customer service focus when dealing with both internal and external parties.
• Excellent time-management skills with the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
• To ensure that customer retail experience is at the forefront of decision making.
• The ability to perform duties effectively with minimum supervision and guidance.
• Flexibility to work weekends as well as a mixture of early and late shifts on a rota basis.
