General Retail Manager

We are now looking for a General Retail Manager who is passionate about the Fashion industry and driving the Division to achieve the best results. Our Fashion and Accessories Divisions house the most world-leading brands and represent our authority as a long-standing icon, industry-leader and innovator. You’ll be joining a team with the belief that anything is possible.

As a General Retail Manager, you will spearhead the strategic direction of your division, driving growth and innovation while maintaining our unparalleled standards of excellence. Your leadership will be paramount as you inspire and guide our dedicated teams towards operational excellence, setting clear priorities and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

We are seeking a seasoned operational leader with a proven track record of managing high-performing teams. Your visionary approach will be instrumental in expanding our service offerings and maximising commercial opportunities. With autonomy and initiative, you will navigate complexities and chart the course for success in a dynamic retail environment.

• Have emotional intelligence and self-awareness which will enable you to adapt your leadership style to suit the needs of the team and the demands of the operation.
