Food Supply Manager

Our exceptional Merchandising team are now looking for a Food Supply Manager to join them here at Harrods on a 12-month fixed-term contract.

About the Role

In this role you will be responsible for overseeing the demand forecasting, purchasing, and replenishment processes for your category. Your work will ensure exceptional product availability, optimal waste management, and inventory health across all food channels—including our restaurants and kitchens.

Other responsibilities will also include:

• Manage category KPIs, addressing misses and identifying opportunities.
• Lead the Food Supply team, providing guidance and development.
• Ensure efficient demand forecasting and supply chain processes.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders to drive operational excellence.
• Play a pivotal role in launching promotional, seasonal events, and new products.
• Develop supplier performance and build strong working relationships.

About You

You will be a highly skilled professional with proven expertise in supply chain management, forecasting, and inventory planning. You’ll also possess strong leadership skills, with a demonstrated ability to develop and manage high-performing teams while driving operational excellence.

You will also have:

• Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with SAP .
• A proactive problem-solver with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexible and ready to adapt to changing business needs, especially during peak periods.
