Food Manufacturing Data Assistant

Our Food & Beverage team are now looking for a Food Manufacturing Data Assistant to join them here at Harrods, ensuring our recipe and production data is managed efficiently and accurately.

About the Role 

In this role you will play a crucial role in maintaining the integrity of our recipe management systems and ensuring smooth operations across our production kitchens. You will be responsible for data entry, validation, and analysis while working closely with chefs, production teams, and procurement to ensure seamless product lifecycle management.

Other responsibilities will include:

• Recipe & SAP System Management – Accurately input and maintain recipe data, ensuring consistency and compliance.
• Data Integrity & Reporting – Audit data, generate reports on production costs and ingredient usage, and troubleshoot discrepancies.
• Operational Support – Act as the main point of contact for recipe-related queries, supporting new product development and ingredient availability.
• Compliance & Documentation – Maintain accurate records of recipe versions, updates, and approvals, working closely with food safety teams.

About You 

You will be a highly detail-oriented Production Data Assistant with proven experience in a data-focused role, ideally within food manufacturing or production. You’ll also have strong data entry skills and the ability to analyse and report on production data to support efficient operations. Familiarity with recipe management systems and SAP is essential, ensuring accuracy and consistency across all recipe and ingredient data.

You will also have:

• Understanding of food production processes, ingredients, and allergens.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data management tools.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
