We are looking for a Concession Data Analyst to join our team here at Harrods. The role offers the opportunity to work directly with a variety of luxury brands as well as other key business areas such as Buying, Operations and the Online trading team.

About the Role

As the Concession Data Analyst you will be responsible for on-boarding concession partners onto the Harrods data system as well as overseeing the day-to-day business as usual tasks. You will be the go-to technical contact for a selection of external brands and will be expected to communicate and provide on-boarding progress updates to key stakeholders.

You will also:

  • Have a direct report from a Concession Data Administrator, who will manage the business-as-usual day to day and also provide ad hoc support to you as the analyst.
  • Communicate any setbacks and challenges to on-boarding managers and oversee project timeline expectations.
  • Manage new data, stock and price files from your allocated vendors.
  • Track and report on the accuracy of concession data and success of file exchange.
  • Ensure that a ‘problem solving’ culture exists within the team, focused on optimising performance based on operational streamlining and process efficiency.
  • Organise meetings with concession brands on a quarterly basis to review issues in the day-to-day exchange of all data files including new product creation, stock and price.

About You

You must have previous experience within a Data Analyst position, ideally with a retail background but this is not essential. You will also have experience of vendor management and be able to manage multiple stakeholders.

You will need to have:

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Flexibility and readiness to adapt to changing priorities.
  • The ability to perform duties effectively with minimum supervision.
  • Great attention to detail.
  • The ability to work independently.
  • SAP knowledge would be an advantage
