Business Support Clerk - Heathrow Airport

Our Harrods Heathrow team is looking for a full time Business Support Clerk to deliver exceptional administrative support to the management team and ensure seamless coordination across all terminals. This role is key to maintaining strong relationships with internal teams, upholding high operational standards, and contributing to an exceptional customer experience.

About the Role

In this role you will be responsible for providing central support to the management team. Reporting into the Retail Manager you will be responsible for completing all administrative functions and SAP responsibilities. You will ensure stock takes are completed, deliveries are ordered and received on time, system issues are escalated, and any customer service concerns are resolved promptly, all while maintaining accuracy and compliance within a fast‑paced airport environment.

You will also:

• Report any system issues to the help desk immediately.
• Maintain accurate and well‑organised filing systems at all times.
• Update Out‑of‑Stock records and high‑value face checks daily.
• Build strong relationships across departments to support smooth operations.
• Prepare clear, user‑friendly reporting and identify opportunities to streamline processes.
