Technology Brand Specialist - Nothing

We are currently recruiting for a Brand Specialist to exclusively represent Nothing within our innovative Technology division at Harrods. Based in our iconic Knightsbridge store, this role offers an exciting opportunity to develop deep product knowledge, deliver exceptional customer experiences, and grow within a fast-moving department.

About The Role 

As a Brand Specialist for Nothing, you’ll play a key role on the shop floor, delivering a world-class, personalised service and acting as a trusted product expert for our customers. You’ll build meaningful client relationships, contribute to strong sales performance, and ensure products are consistently presented to the highest standards.

Alongside day‑to‑day sales and clientelling, you’ll continue to develop your product knowledge through training and hands‑on experience, sharing insight confidently with both customers and colleagues. You’ll also support commercial performance through sales analysis and trade reporting, using data and insight to enhance results and the overall customer journey.

About You

You are a customer centric sales professional with experience in luxury or premium retail, motivated by delivering exceptional service and building lasting client relationships. Curious by nature and commercially minded, you’re excited to develop specialist knowledge within the technology space and grow your impact.

You will also:

• Deliver a consistently high quality, personalised customer experience that builds long term loyalty
• Demonstrate a genuine enthusiasm for learning, with an interest in technology and innovation
• Represent Nothing at Harrods with confidence and professionalism on the shop floor
• Maintain strong organisation, supporting smooth daily operations and accurate reporting
• Perform confidently in a fast paced environment, with a results driven approach to sales targets
