H beauty is no normal beauty hall, with a champagne bar, blow dry bar, interactive playtables to try on the latest products, a Harrods gift shop, and a big pink bear for your Instagram pictures; we are focussed on the experience our customers have when they walk through our doors.

Leading a category, you will provide world class customer service, and role model our Harrods Values with a can-do attitude. You strive to deliver above and beyond for your customers and colleagues every day. You always keep ahead of the game, researching new products before they launch, becoming well versed and ready to share your exceptional product knowledge. You love keeping up to date with the latest beauty trends, especially within your Category space. 

About the Role 

You will be accountable for delivering on trade targets and educating our valued customers on the best beauty products and routines. You will be an ambassador across the store for the Harrods Standard, The Beauty of Selling and be a go-to person for updated product knowledge and new brand/product launches. With this knowledge, you will be key in sharing trainings with the wider team as well as the in store management team and our buying partners. You will oversee the stock operation for your category, closely collaborating with the operations team to achieve and maintain an accurate stock file at all times. As this role is on the make-up department you will need to be an experienced make-up artist.

In return, you’ll enjoy a package that includes a salary starting at £27,500 plus commission, a company pension, 22 days’ holiday, and your birthday off, up to 33% in-store discount (including across our restaurants) and a season ticket loan.

You will be continually learning and exploring new beauty trends and will be eager to share this with your colleagues.
